Registration Completion
The school completes the institution registration form. The registered email ID becomes the
primary login ID for all future communication and account access. A secure password will be
sent to this registered email.
Institutional Login
Using the registered email and password, the institution can log in to the platform
dashboard. From this account, the school can browse and select courses, then purchase them
in bulk quantities based on the number of staff members.
Generation of User Credentials
For each course purchased in bulk, the system will automatically generate the corresponding
number of unique login credentials (Username & Password). Example: If 25 licenses of “Effective Lesson Planning” are purchased, 25 individual
sets of credentials will be created.
Credential Delivery
All generated user credentials are securely sent to the institution's registered email
address. A downloadable sheet or document may be provided with all login credentials
organized for easy distribution.
Distribution to Staff
The school’s academic coordinator, IT head, or designated authority can distribute these
credentials to the respective teachers or staff members.
Teacher Access
Each teacher can then use their unique credentials to log in to the platform. They will have
individual access to the assigned course, progress tracking, and certification upon
completion.
Ongoing Support and Tracking
The institution’s main account may be given access to a progress dashboard (if applicable)
to monitor overall participation and completion rates. Ongoing support will be available to
assist with any login, access, or learning-related queries.
