- Full Payment Requirement: All course fees must be paid in full before access to any course content is granted. Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers, or any other method available on our platform.
- Payment Security: All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways. We do not store any credit card or banking information.
🔁 2. Refunds
- Access-Based Refund Restriction: No refunds will be processed once a course has been accessed (i.e., once the course materials, videos, or modules are opened), unless explicitly stated in a special offer or course-specific policy.
- Trial Access: If a course offers a trial or preview access, we encourage users to utilize it before making the full payment.
- Refund Requests: All refund requests (if applicable) must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of payment to connect@addonedt.com, and only if the course has not been accessed. Approval is at the sole discretion of management and refunds will be processed after deducting applicable bank charges and taxes.
🎁 3. Discounts & Promotional Offers
- Non-Transferability: Discounts and promotional codes are for one-time use only and are non-transferable.
- Time-Bound Validity: Offers are valid only during the promotion period as specified.
- No Retroactive Discounts: Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases.
