Y. Jawahar is a visionary education leader and transformation specialist, committed to reimagining professional development in the education sector. With over 25 years of corporate leadership in Consumer Credit, Leasing, and Mutual Funds, and more than 7 years of deep engagement in school transformation, he brings a rare blend of strategic thinking and ground-level insight.

An Economics graduate and Business Management professional, Jawahar is also a Certified Financial Planner and holds an ISO Certification in School Standards and Management Systems—credentials that reflect his precision, planning expertise, and quality-focused approach.

As the Founder Director & CEO of Addon Edutech, he leads a trailblazing ed-tech initiative dedicated to unlocking opportunities for educators, school leaders, and aspiring students of Bachelors & Masters in Education. His mission is to foster upskilling, innovation, and growth through scalable, technology-driven professional development models.

In addition to his role at Addon Edutech, he also serves as Director-Business Strategy & New Initiatives at Saburi Education Solutions, where he has pioneered academic audits, school leadership mentoring, and educational excellence programs across diverse geographies.

Dr. Anitha Jagathkar is a dynamic education leader and visionary academic strategist with over 20 years of experience in shaping the future of teaching and learning. As the Co- Founder and Chief Academic Officer at AddOn EduTech, she spearheads the company’s mission to transform professional development for educators and school leaders through innovative, research-driven academic interventions.

Her core expertise includes academic audits, curriculum design, continuous professional development (CPD) for teachers, and academic leadership training, with a strong foundation in CBSE curriculum planning and evaluation. She is widely respected for her deep understanding of pedagogy, instructional quality, and school improvement processes.

Dr. Jagathkar is also a recognized Inspector in the area of Academic inspections for UAE schools, where she assesses and supports schools across various curricula including CBSE, IB, British, and American systems. Her international exposure and commitment to quality assurance have made her a sought-after consultant for school transformations in India, Africa, and the Middle East.

Academically, she holds a Ph.D. in Social Work, a Master’s in Zoology, and a Fellowship in Education, combining scientific acumen with social insight to foster holistic academic environments.

In addition to her leadership at AddOn EduTech, she serves as CEO & Director – Education Interventions at Saburi Education Solutions, where she continues to champion meaningful reforms in school education and teacher development.
