Course Description
This 7-Session course equips primary teachers with Howard Gardner’s Multiple Intelligences framework to create inclusive, engaging classrooms. Explore the 8 intelligences, identify student strengths through observation and portfolios, and master MI-based strategies for differentiated teaching, activity design, and assessment. Tackle myths, cultural influences, and real-world challenges with hands-on activities like lesson transformations, station designs, and full lesson plans.
What You will Learn?

Explain Howard Gardner’s theory, identify the 8 intelligences, and differentiate MI from traditional IQ by the end of the Session.
➢
Apply observation techniques and checklists to accurately identify at least 3 intelligences in sample student profiles by Session end.
➢
Design strategies to teach one concept across all 8 intelligences, integrating them into a sample lesson plan.
➢
Create balanced, low-cost activities for each intelligence, including a classroom station layout.
➢
Modify a standard lesson using MI differentiation strategies for content, process, and product.
➢
Develop 2 performance-based assessments with rubrics tailored to different intelligences.
➢
Produce a complete MI lesson plan addressing challenges, management, and reflection practices.
