• Financial literacy is an essential life skill that enables individuals to make informed and effective decisions about managing money. For school teachers, understanding financial concepts and modeling responsible financial behaviour can have a powerful ripple effect, shaping students’ attitudes and abilities to handle money wisely from a young age.
• This course is designed to help teachers integrate financial literacy into their classrooms through simple concepts, practical examples, and classroom acti activities that are age-appropriate and relevant to the Indian context. It supports the goals of the National Strategy for Financial Education (NSFE 2020–2025) and aligns with the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) focus on life skills and value-based learning.
